Weds night's pre-meeting victory was marred slightly by the fact that in spite of having a healthy meal first I still dipped mindlessly into the snacks. I think I would have done worse had I not eaten beforehand.
Thurs :(did not weigh) So this was the night I was to have to myself! The real problem is since I have been so busy the rest of the week and all weekend I needed to do ALOT of little things like laundry, gas the car, grocery shopping, etc. after work. Work has been extra crazy with the annual audit and another person is out on medical leave so I have had to do most of her job as well as mine, on top of taking time out from the routine to do whatever the auditors require (yes, I work in accounting)
It was late by the time I got home, after running a few of my errands. I almost skipped the workout I had been promising myself because I was so tired, but my sister and her friend were home and they pep talked me back into it! YAY! I was too tired to cook so we all went for subs. I got roast beef. The down side is that I got a large and then ate the WHOLE thing.
I think I need to work on my portion control again. I am eating way to much per sitting and I wonder why I work out yet am still stuck on my plateau.
Fri: (180.4) Back up almost a pound (sigh).
I have another challenging day a head. Followed by a VERY challenging weekend. I will cram in SOME fitness minutes and try to make good food choices. Will update later. Let's see how it goes! Wish me luck
