Some reason I am dragging this morning. Not sure what it is. It could be the lower calories of yesterday. Scale was down to 249.8 this morning. I've got 9.8 lbs to go before I can really celebrate. I have been trying to get to 240 for over 3 years. I had hoped that 2012 would be that year... looks more like 2013 but I can still make a good push for it.
Today I have to spend another few hours waiting with my mom while she gets a test redone. She has to wait so that they can give her the results/instructions after the test is completed this time since this is the second one. Not happy about it but what can you do. I have a birthday party for a friend tonight. Should be interesting. Only problem is the location. Hopefully it won't be too bad of a drive.
Anyhow, Goals for Today:
Stick to tea and water to drink before the party
Don't go dessert crazy
Do best to track everything
Get in at least 10 minutes of purposeful movement today
Finish the report not completed yesterday
