Today's workout was Back and Biceps - Disk 18 Here's how my workout went...
Lat pull downs with band (Purple)
T-pull with band (Purple)
Y’s with band (Purple)
Pullups/chinups – 3 sets - used my new tubes...O yea! That was perfect. I think I want a 20# to go with the 100#
Barbell rows, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8 reps – 55# bar
Barbell rows, 40 # to failure – 20
One-arm horizontal rows, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8 reps – 30# DB
One-arm horizontal rows, 20#, to failure, 13 reps per side (could have probably gotten more but Cathe was moving on)
One-legged deadlifts, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8 reps – 25# DB
Barbell curls, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8 reps - 40# bar
Back up set Barbell curls, 20# Too Light
Seated alternating curl, 3 sets, 12, 10, 8 reps – 17.5# DBs
Seated alternating curls to failure, 12# DBs – 20 reps
Concentration curls – 3 sets, 12, 10, 8 reps – 20# DB (I really struggled and had to assist at the end on every set for the last 4)
Concentration curls, 12# to failure – 20 reps
Stretch - on my own.
A little bummed. My monitor went on my computer yesterday....and now I'm using my TV. Great for the visually impaired....but I'm not that blind yet. Definitely something one has to get used to....but it will have to work until next month...
