Today I will pay attention as I eat. Today I will be mindful. Today I will count the glasses of water I drink. Today I will breath. Today I will be ok. Today I will be happy. Today I will laugh. Today I will smile all day just because I can. Today I be productive. Today I will surprise myself. Today I will surprise someone I love. Today I will be thankful. Today I will be a good mom. Today I will be a good wife. Today I will do a good job cleaning the house. Today I will be a good babysitter to a cute baby girl. Today will be a good day. :)
