Day 5 is here and I'm still on track! No mindless munchies, no binges! Plus I've been working out since tuesday (even woke up at 5:45 this morning to make sure I got my workout in before work). Drining 8-8oz glasses of water and 4-6 veggies/fruit :)
So here's today's challenge...
I need to learn to love myself more and write down positives instead of negatives...so that's what one of my main focuses are going to be. :) And I think I listed a few at the beginning of this blog :) I am so happy right now!
