So I started November off doing pretty well. I reached my 30# loss mark and was really excited to begin moving into my marathon training zone. Then I got a little cold which turned into pneumonia. The last two and a half weeks have not so silently killed my training schedule.
The good news is I got on the treadmill for the first time on Wednesday and I was able to fast walk a mile before I felt totally drained. Going to try again today and just see how far I can go without overdoing it. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
