Weigh day and November-cise update

Weight this week: 225
Change: +.5

Have no idea why my weight has gone up. Actually, my weight has been just about the same for the last few weeks. I was afraid this would happen (the dreaded plateau). Mentally, I am handling it better than I thought I would. It just happens, I can only hope that next week will be a better number/bigger loss. I know I am eating within my calorie range (mostly) and exercising a ton. Moving on.

November-cise is kicking my butt! I am halfway through (thank goodness) but it is hard to come up with something to do each day. I have been defaulting to walk away the pound videos while the kids watch TV (and do it with me, too cute). This week my husband has been on travel so I haven't been able to go back to Bikram yoga (they don't have childcare). I hope to go back to the Y on Saturday and run again.
