I have maintained now for 6 weeks and am feeling really proud of that! I still exercise 5 days a week for half-hour and continue to eat right.
I am currently 5 lbs below my goal weight because next Friday my husband and I are surprising our children to a 3 day trip to Lancaster, PA. I know the food is really rich so I planned ahead of time so I wouldn't have to loose much when I get back home to my regular routine. I am so looking forward to our mini vacation! The kids have never been so we have a show planned at Sight & Sound Theater, an Amish Buggy Ride and farm tour, a stop at the National Christmas Museum, the Choo Choo Barn Christmas Display, and what ever else we can fit in. We are staying at a hotel with an indoor pool and fitness room so if we can work it in, we will do a little fun working out!
Today is our Thanksgiving Luncheon at school where I work. All the kids and staff dress up as either a Pilgrim or Native American. Two of my kids are Indians, and one of my sons and I are Pilgrims. If I get a picture of us together, I will post it later. It should be a fun day! I love this time of the year.
