I'm having one of those weeks and even though I am chuffed to bits with getting to a healthy bmi I don't half miss being big sometimes, the weather is getting colder and I'm now FREEEEZING all the time. I no longer have my big boobs and as a result they have gone a bit saggy which is not gonna work with this seasons sheer panelling, even my tummy skin has sagged a bit leaving my belly button looking like a little sad mouth! :( and all the time I'm thinking about this I'm thinking how stinking un greatfull am I? Don't get me wrong the pros are defo more than the cons but, ocht I just guess I'm having a blue couple of days, I'm missing the gym and my knee has take a turn for the worst since getting corrective insoles for my flat feet and it's just making me feel crap!
OK venting over, tomorrow is a new day! I'm gonna try body balance rather than body attack high impact is clearly not gonna be an option for a while and I must get back to the gym! If anyone has some spare motivation be sure to chuck it my way! Hope you are all having a must more positive day!
