Yahoo - its Friday! Yesterday's brunch was a simple matter of choices for me. I chose not to reach for the deep fried Sweet Potato Fries nor the basket of fresh baked rolls & cornbread. It WAS tempting, it did smell enticing.....I distracted myself from the food and concentrated on listening to the lively chatting of neighbor ladies dining with me & it worked! I made wise choices of spinach/feta omelette & small juice. Phew! This weekend will prove to be another test of my choices as the G-boys arrive & when I prepare thier food I will be tempted to indulge...like sharing thier popcorn while we watch a movie. The active part will be attending my Daughter & her Husband's Glo Run Saturday night - I think that should be lots of fun. We will attire in glow in the dark rings & patches & support them - fun! :) Happy Weekend Sparksters!
