working on getting portions undercontrol not drinking but1 soda a day to get off aspertain products did no go to the gym yesterday or probly not today because of long shifts need to work gym in even on long days willl searce sparks page for ideas in regards to this im hoping that correcting my foods choices and changes in behavior eating will start giving me more energy and self esteem to increase other positive behaviors .
