Going from Zero Exercise to "The Impossible"

Friday, November 16, 2012

I went to luncheon today for our last meeting in Water Aerobics class until Jan. The Instructor gave out awards to the students. I received two. One for the Most Weight Loss. The other was for "Hanging in there!!" award. I am proud of them as if I accomplished "The impossible". It was hard work for 6 mos. of the classes. I plan to be right there again when Jan. rolls around.
I paid for an open pool pass so I can go on my own and do some water exercises. There will be two weeks of Dec. that the pool will not be open. So, during that time I will have to make myself do something at the home. That is going to be a BIG challenge for me.

What an accomplishment. Yay for you! Those 2 weeks will be over before you know it. I just ordered a new gym bag and I have assembled my lock and all other supplies I need for the indoor pool. Here's to a New Year in the water!
