A good day, all in all. Ate three meals. Balanced. Within calorie range, etc. I am looking forward to an even better day tomorrow. I am trying to get more veggies/fruit in my diet. That is taking some real effort!!
Good going! I didn't get in three meals today. That's going to be hard for me, as I'm not a breakfast person. Lately, I'm beginning to think I'm a 5pm to 11pm person. All other hours are *thumbs down*. LOL I know what you mean about getting your fruit in. I am doing the 17 Day Diet, and I'm supposed to have 2 servings, which hasn't been too bad, because I like my blueberries and yogurt. :-) If I had to work in more, it would be a real challenge. I'm not sure what kind of plan you're following, but maybe you could sneak them into a dish you're making, instead of eating them by themselves.?? Just an idea. :-) Be strong!!
