Day 5

Been traveling this week at a networking conference, but overall not a horrible trip (eating wise). I've gotten in 2 of my 3 planned resistance workouts and will finish my third on Saturday. I plan to get some cardio in tomorrow night.

My meals weren't great and I ate too much, but I also avoided several temptations of empty calories while at the conference so I am looking on the positive side. Sleep hasn't been great so will try to improve on that tonight.
