Goals met for today...though bed is a little late. Should be a good weekend...not much planned and plenty of time to get some workouts in. It's nice to have some goals set again. Working on finding balance.

64+ oz water
Workouts: 30+ min Kickboxing, run?
Track food and make good choices
In bed by 10
