new fitbit

I started using my fitbit today. It's so cool. It syncs with SP. Automatically puts my walking minutes into fitness tracker.

I walked 5763 steps today-about 2.5 miles- I didn't know I walked that much at work.
Of course the goal is 10,000 steps a day-guess I'll have to "step" it up a bit tomorrow.

  Don't you love new toys? How nice that this one is fun and promotes more physical activity at the same time. Keep us advised on how much you like it.
