Something that I have noticed as I have begun this healthy journey is my increased "Motivation". Not only my motivation to eat and exercise but my motivation to be happy and to accomplish things in my day. I feel satisfied daily. When I started I worried about not being satisfied with the amount I was going to eat. Little did I know that there is so much more to satisfaction then what I eat! This journey just gets better all the time!

    I think that's a bit part of success with this, learning to enjoy what you do eat, and learning to love the exercise. I'm still working on getting to that point.
