Something that I have noticed as I have begun this healthy journey is my increased "Motivation". Not only my motivation to eat and exercise but my motivation to be happy and to accomplish things in my day. I feel satisfied daily. When I started I worried about not being satisfied with the amount I was going to eat. Little did I know that there is so much more to satisfaction then what I eat! This journey just gets better all the time!
