So I won't have other choice than tracking my calories. I tried today on my phone, but the app seems buggier than ever. Will have to do it on the website. I really wonder if 1.5 pound per week is doable. It represents 5 250 calories to burn each week! 750 calories a day!! If I succeed in working out morning + evening, maybe.. but even then! Oh, we'll see.
