Okay after the past 2 days of walking all day in winter hiker boots ( that for some reason where made with the toes pointed up...like whos feet are made that way??) my feet are sooo sore

and I am just plain tired all the way round!

so I thought earlier this morning I am still going to do a workout... but then later the chips had called my name(have those in the house because their my moms

) so I gave in as its high carb day and I am aloud this cheat so I took it...but then I didn't want to workout but a good friend here on sparks DS9KIE made me do one...she gave me a well needed and fun pep talk

so I did one...I did Kelly C.M. Cardio blast/ Step...well let me tell you this that workout was no walk in the park today it kicked my butt and I felt like I was walking through mud!

and man did my feet hurt bad! But hey its done and now I can say I did one...I DID ONE!!

but still..
Ate good today as well after my cheat meal..so all is good.

still on track.
