Actually, it started last night. I had a buyer call me who I haven't heard from in months. He wants to start looking for a house again. That is the 3rd one in the last couple of weeks hmm.. anyway, that was nice. Then a former buyer called me just to talk this morning. I had their condo listed, but it turned into a short sale so I gave it to someone else in my office. My buyer said that she isn't as warm and friendly as I am. That was nice. That's the same thing the returning buyer said. It's always nice to hear compliments. Took out another buyer tonight who I've been working with for a couple of months. She absolutely loved the condo. So did I. It was definitely the nicest one we've seen. We are going back to look at another one on Saturday and then back to this one. I think she will write on this one. I really hope so. If we close before the end of December, we will have sold over $3,000,000.00 this year.

I got in 100 minutes of exercise. I didn't feel like it, but my son kept bugging me because he was "bored". We did 35 minutes of Exerbeat circuit training and then 65 minutes of Wii Sports/ Tennis and baseball. That baseball will kill you every time. I don't understand how just using a little Wii Remote can use so many muscles. Even my butt hurts, but that could just be from the amount of steps I put in.

For those of you who read yesterday's blog, big surprise, no my sister did not return my text regarding my son getting the bed. He lived with mom and it is in my former room, but she can't respond. What a biotch, but as Brian said, we've always known that.

We were talking about JC last night and what Brian would do with him if something happened to me. He didn't know. I talked to the person that trained him from the time he was a baby and she agreed to be his G-dmother. She has always liked him. If anything happens to me, she will take him and let him hang out/retire on her farm. That makes me feel better.

Overall, I would say it was a very good day :)
