Still on track. I lost another pound this week. It is slow but I am pleased with selfr that I am staying off sugar and sweets. I do 60 min on the gazelle. Trying to decide if I wamnt to join the gym for the winter??

No problems is good. I am still working on learning about my smart phine.

  I love my gazelle, but I did decide to join a gym for the winter. I have a 45 minute commute each way 4 days a week and when it is dark it is very easy for me to skip working out. So, I joined the gym at a community center less than 5 minutes from my office. I work out there Monday through Thursday and then walk/gazelle Friday through Sunday. So far so good!

    for sure slow is the way to go, seems like I can't really go slow, I just stay where I am, and this is not good.

    Good for you! Slow progress is a good thing in a lot of ways. As long as you're going the right way, you're doing fine.
