Small steps and eating healthy

Trying to stay on trac today with eating healthy and reaching my 5,000 step goal. 3pm and exceeded my daily step goal. Right where I wanted to be. Still going for a swim tonight and steaming up some great vegi's for dinner. Feeling good and luvin the temps here in Mesa!
Just a small note added. I seem to be drinking a lot of pop today, not sure why. (yes it is diet pop)
