Okay started off strong with sparkpeople... then as I normally do trickled off into my old habits. :( Facing the holidays yet again with an additional forty pounds from last year not where I wanted to be! But excepting the fact I am where I am and that I need to really make the changes not just read and talk about change! So starting to see things in that clear light again. Take one day and work one day... My goal is extremely short. Start and finish one day on sparks and my new life plan. When I reach that goal I set it again with the hope that this becomes second nature and I no longer struggle

    One step at a time is the best way to go. If today you eat more than you should, try really hard not to do it tomorrow. emoticon emoticon
