I just thought I would say hellooooooo........
I'm making a ground turkey muffin/meatloaf thingy! i got the recipe on Sparkpeople and it looks really good. i like the individual serving sizes and I can freeze them too. I live by myself so it should be perfect!
Oh I know what I wanted to tell you..... VIDEO BLOG TO COME......
I just figured out I needed to compress my videos via "Handbrake" free software and it actually worked. So I will do one soon! I'm so excited! emoticon
I'm stuck in my weight loss, but my fault. I DO NOT WORKOUT! Ok, there..... I said it!
I promise I will try to do at least 10 min today.... UGH UGH UGH!! emoticon
Weather is really beautiful here in California so I should be outside walking. But, not real safe to walk by myself and I really don't like to walk with others.....UGH UGH UGH!!
Oh ... yesterday I found some really good stretches for my hip joints... it was really really nice. My hips hurt when I walk so I kind of hobble along UGH UGH UGH!!
I'm off for a week.... nothing to do for nobody! LOVE IT!!
OK .... that's enough for now, cuz I need to save some info for my "VLOG"... emoticon
LOVE AND SPARK emoticon TO YOU ALL emoticon

You should know by now that challenges/dares are the way that I get motivated. So I challenge you to get at least to 30 fitness minutes this week, preferably split into two or more sessions!

I'm sorry you deal with pain so much. I know that has to be hard. Big hugs from me. emoticon

And I would love to see the turkey meatloaf muffins! You should do a food blog about them sometimes and take pics! I love food blogs! :)

I couldn't comment on your status update as it's set to private.. but it's dark and rainy here too.. One thing about dogs, they don't seem to mind to go out in the rain, so I'll be out for at least 10 minutes.. hopefully more..

Have a great day..and enjoy your week off and enjoy your own time..

I use Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVD. The moves are easy and you can do it at home. You will surely work up a sweat! I didn't use the video today, but while I watched my DVR of Top Chef, I did the moves. I can feel the burn in my muscles!

Hey, wow! sounds great a week off AND do not have to do anything for anybody. I am not work outside the house, but keep books, pay role, and invoices for my husband's small business. I taught school for 23 years and my weight got the best of me, with knees pain day and night. So, now I keep up the business end of my husband's small construction co. He does stone work. He thinks I don't do anything. So I also wait hand and foot on him when he is home. I can't jump too high. (LOL) I can't wait to see your Vblog. Hurry up and get it done!! I know what you mean about not exercising. I hate it. I HURT ALL THE TIME AND DON'T WANT TO REALLY MOVE. I have joined an water aerobics class and it is really easy and it does not make me hurt all over. I even burn MORE calories in that class than I do an low impact exercise class, this is according to my Hear Rate Monitor. I love the HRM because I can see how much calories I am burning when i do exercise or just do anything. You might like to get one and use it. I got my at Wal Mart for around $38.00
