In the spirit of yesterday's blog, I did 'Shred it with weights' this morning. Its a kettlebell
workout by Jillian Michaels. The funny part is, she doesn't really like kettlebells. She did the video because it was trendy. But, hey, I like the DVD anyway. I started my day with my lemon drink, did my workout, ate a home cooked piece of chicken, and dyed my hair
I have finally got enough grays, that the whole 'Ma'am' thing is no longer cute. Now,
its accurate. I went with 'warm chocolate brown'. I don't know that I really look different. Just not quite so shiny.
I plan to spend the afternoon writing report templates. Its not as bad as you might think, I already know what I have to say, I just have to remember all the parts that go into it.
Lunch was home cooked chicken/rice soup, kefir, and a home cooked brownie (small) made with coconut oil (viva la thyroid). When you eat something made with coconut oil, your appetite gets shut down really fast because your body is satisfied. The chocolate just makes it easy to get down.
I wish that tomorrow could be a run/walk, but it will be raining
so it will be an indoor workout. I am leaning towards Buns of Steel 6.
