My Fall into Fitness 2012: 90-Day Challenge - Ongoing Post

I want to keep a record of the actual journey, wins, losses... I will update as I progress. This will also keep my profile less cluttered.

emoticon10/8/12 – I have been focusing on clearing out clutter and getting over cold. I am proud of the past two weeks even though I haven’t yet added exercise.
emoticon11/5/12 – I pulled out of a lot of extra activities and really tried to focus on myself and what losing weight means to me. I went to some workshops and classes and really tried to work on the reasons I eat the way I do, the urges, the cravings, and the emotional reasons behind them. I spent a lot of time de-cluttering and organizing my life and allowing myself to love myself. Finally I am feeling the urge to once again exercise, go to the gym, and be healthy. For such a long time inside I wanted to be healthy but I had no energy to care, I had no real desire, it was gone. But now I am once again feeling the need to be desired, to be healthy, and to do it. I am pleased at myself and my progress. Now I want to kick the last half of this challenge into high gear!!!

Wow! This is an amazing journey you are on! The title caught my attention too. Struggle is the right word. I prefer to take one day at a time rather than set myself goals, then I don't get discouraged when I don't make them. You have been working hard and your hard work is paying off! Well Done! emoticon
