I keep trying to get back on the treamill to finish my workout for today. I am determined.
So far this week I have done strength training via videos 2x and have walked 3 times.
I need to change up my workouts by changing my intensity as well as the actual exercises I do. I have a variety of workout videos that I can use for both cardio and strength training. As they weather is turning colder it will be important to use these. Maybe I will make a calendar with my plan regarding what videos to use each week.
