Ok, I have been using this supplement faithfully for the last 4 weeks and I am down a total of 7.6 pounds. I have maintained 1500 calories per day and walked a consistent 15,000 steps per day (with the exception of last week, I was in a conference all week).
My personal opinion of whether or not it works? Meh, I am super proud of my results but I don't know if that is because I have feel like I have been putting in a lot of effort to my weight loss (tracking what I eat and being active) or because of the supplement.
Overall: Doesn't hurt, but not impressed with the results.
