Things are going pretty well this week. Last week, I weighed in at 15lbs down! This week, I haven't been great about tracking, probably because I had one bad night with some unexpectedly gifted tamales. But otherwise I have been eating what I ought to, and we had another dance party at home last night with the kids and it kicked my butt!! (Well, my core and hip muscles, actually).
Discovered a new shake I like that's made with frozen unsweetened coconut, instant coffee, chocolate pudding mix, Vi shake mix and coconut extract. I'm calling it the Almond Joy Mocha Latte. Really good and only about 250 calories. Today, I'm back on track, tracking my food and I've got to figure out how to beef up my dinner - I'm coming in pretty far under-calories today.
Weigh in will be on Friday or Saturday, whichever day we can get to the mall. We've been using GNC's scale (the one that hollers at you, "Have you checked your weight today?!?" when you walk by). That way we have a consistent scale and a printed record every time we weigh in. Here's to another great week of not giving up and moving forward!
