I did so dang well last week. The scale showed a loss of 3.4 pounds. Granted it was prob. mostly water but still was nice to see. This week however, has been total over board. I don;t know what happened. I did not track my food like I should and ate a can of chocolate covered peanuts in two days, not to mention a Litte Debbie Swiss roll and a peice of homemade cake last night. The peanuts were just sitting here on my desk and I could not stop myself. Boy that sounds like Bullcrap does'nt it.
I am trying to do better today and going forward again. tracking and what not. Its hard to get used to watching what you eat after so long of just eating whatever and not really thinking about it.
I hope I can fix this past few days of screw ups and at least maintain over all for the week.
