My work calendar today showed that there are 46 days left in the year. That means there are only 46 opportunities to get a good workout in, only 138 more meals left to eat, 368 glasses of water left to drink, and 46 days to finish up some of those 2012 resolutions.
I am going to take my 46 days and use them as fully as I can. It is not too late to make 2012 a defining year. Fall and early winter is always a good time for me to be reflective and focused. There is no reason it cannot also be the time of year I get more active as well. Running a 5k without stopping by December 31 is my goal. 46 days is plenty of time to get there.
