Enough already!

I'm not malingering any more. I wore my track shoes to work so I have no excuse to not walk. I walked from the van to the office, I will walk to the library at 10:00 and then around the buildings for 15 minutes. I will walk during my lunch break, and I will walk during my afternoon break. I plan to walk to the van after work, but the weather forecast calls for rain, so we'll see what happens there.

All's I'm saying is: I'm back. I'm not letting this sinus thing bother me any more. I'm going to continue on with my plans to get slim, fit, and healthy. I will continue to eat well and track my food, and I will get and stay active.

Bring it.
