I struggled to get 1,000 fitness minutes in October due to an injury.
Today I find myself WAY off track to get 1,000 for November. Last week I was feeling a little burned out with exercise, so I took extra rest days which has put me behind.
However, I did some calculations today, and if I really put my mind to it, I can hit 1,000 for November. I KNOW I can do this.
