What the crap? Ugh, so aggravated! I'm not eating more so I don't know. It sucks to work this hard and not have any results

Hey Guys thanks for the comments. I am finally starting to lose. After I wrote this I had an episode with cysts on my ovaries. So some was from that. I also had blood work done for my hormones etc and my thyroid was low. BINGO!! Started taking thyroid meds about 2 weeks ago and I can already tell a difference yay! Now doing 5 days Zumba 1 day zumba toning

Are you drinking water and making sure your calories are correct! Good job! You are doing great.

Carol is right! Let your body adjust. Also, are you eating enough for the 5 hours of Zumba you're doing every week?

Hang in there.....you are building muscle. You need to give your body a chance to adjust. Those muscles will burn lots of calories for you.

Being a woman there are so very many reasons why the scale will go up despite our best efforts. Could be water weight from all the exercise you doing or your body is holding on to because you aren't drinking enough or salt has been high or hormones, oh the ideas are endless. Trying tweaking different things and see what you can find to be the trigger. It is all trial and error. Good luck.

I have been doing Zumba for awhile and when I first started the same thing happened to me. What was happening is I was gaining muscle that wasn't there before, especially in my legs and I wasn't drinking enough water so my body was holding on to excess water weight. I was also only doing Zumba, when I started mixing other excersises and strength training with it I started seeing results.
