Well this is what i wrote :
The way i hold myself accountable, is coming to sparkpeople daily, i track my foods, i track my fitness and i check my calorie deferential each day, i make goals for the month and i break it down into weeks, so i can do them gradually over the week. I have my goals listed in the other goals section so i can tick them off daily when i do them That has been a major help for keeping me accountable, i have joined a few sparkpeople challenges that help me keep track too, one in particular i like is the Buddy System Group Challenge within the spark group Aspire & Inspire. I have small challenges here and there too, but this one helps me keep account of my calories, fitness, water intake and team participation. I also have many spark friends since i have joined 3 weeks ago, we have back and forth conversations on my page or spark mail and that is a great accountable buddies, for some started being friends from a blog i saw on the scroll stream in one of the groups i belong too and it went from there, My spark friends has grown and i love it, i enjoy my friends alot, and there is always room for more :). Blogging daily is also a great aspect i have got to keep me account daily, i also do weekly blogs to update how my weight and measurements are going, as i do that weekly on a Friday, and getting extra advice and feedback is always helpful and i enjoy getting those to better myself. I did have one sluggish day and i blogged about it, and i have not had another day like that, It is great.
