I tracked my nutrition yesterday and am happy to report that I met all of my goals!! I stayed within range for everything! Woohoo!
I did have to break out my secret weapon (gum) twice to ward off the munchies, but it's sugar free gum, so don't worry!
I biked 3.7 miles and did 60 minutes of Zumba yesterday. Today I'll run 2 miles and do a 45 minute cycle class.
