There are so many things I need to catch up on. Going through papers, emails, etc. Last night I finally went through a million emails. I still have a ton of clutter to go through too. I'm trying to make that my exercise right now. That way there is something to motivate me and I'm doing something to be proud of so I don't get depressed about not exercising.
I still have my goal number in my head for Saturday and I'm determined to get there, stay there, or surpass it. I do need to look up some of those seated exercises. I need to get over thinking that as depressing in itself.
My throat still hurts a bit but more like a normal sore throat, so it's getting better. My leg is getting better too, slowly but surely. I did go to the doctor forever ago about it. Actually before the 5K that made it worse. I do have a touch of arthritis in my knee that he knew about from awhile back. The pain in my leg could be a combo of shin splint and from my Auto-Immune. It's getting better though. It'll get there. I'll get there. :) One day at a time! One limpy baby step at a time. lol
