I've been trying VERY hard to get more fruits and veggies into my diet. My biggest problem right now is the total lack of anything that is fresh. I can get a few things at the grocery store, but nothing beats fresh out of the garden. I've been choosing a piece of fruit for break at work (we have two snacks that we serve to our clients, fruit is always a choice) and have been trying to sneak in a piece of fruit, a glass of 100% juice or a veggie here and there. All in all it's went better than I thought it would!
In other news, my trainer bumped up my weights on my S.L.E.D. program this week and MAN am I feeling it. I ache in places I didn't even know existed. I guess that's a good thing - new muscles are working!
