No progress lately

I pulled a muscle in my leg at the gym and haven't been back since... I also haven't been watching what I am eating!! Definitely not a good start.

  pulled muscles heal, so starat exercising again, but start slowly. you can do it.

    sorry to hear about the pulled muscle, don't give up on yourself start tracking it's key and be careful of what you put in your mouth! YOU CAN DO THIS, BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!
