Today as my cardio I did the 20 minute cardio-sculpt workout. I have to say, it's a killer. I was sweating by the end of it. I mean dripping wet sweating! The idea of working 2 muscles groups at the same time is awesome... I think you work 3 times as hard in the process! Whew! That was some effective 20 minutes!

Anyhow, completed Day 7 of the 28-day Bootcamp workout challenge today! Woohoo! Week one DONE!
Update on getting to bed by midnight--last night it was about 12:30 or so. Right now it's 11:25, and I still need to get a shower. I'm updating my logs and then off to beddy-bye!
