1001 Miles in 2012 Today!

Some of the highlights along these miles and steps:
*In-person walks with 3 SparkFriends - Irish, Roxit, and Candy
(Hope we can do more of this in 2013)
*Setting/crushing previous personal bests (MF and BRx2)
*Reaching mid-term dream hike goals from years ago
(looking forward to a new PB before the year is over)
*Lots of miles with walking, hiking and jogging with hubby and the dogs
*Going from being passed by nearly everyone to being the one doing the passing
*Lots and lots of outdoor stair climbs
*Going from driving .5 miles from home to the trailhead to walking to the trailhead
*Longest hike yet - over 10 miles with about 10 waterfalls
*42.5 pounds lost along the way (average 23.5 miles per pound)
I'm looking forward to where the rest of my 2012 miles will take me and what is in store in the future!
Note - All are exercise foot miles and does not include casual walking or biking
