Ugh this treadmill

Today I kept telling myself once again to get my butt on the treadmill just for ten minutes because deep inside I wanted to take a day off .well guess what happened ? I finally got my butt on my treadmill and instead of putting it on 2.5 or 2.7 I pushed it to 2.9 and walked it out for 20 minutes which got me to do a mile finally.Slowly, but surely I'm getting the weight off .Thanks everyone for the support that you give.
