Goals mostly met for today, all but bedtime. Always my hardest to meet. I got in 40 minutes of Kickboxing in 2 sessions today as well as a 4 mile run. Had a good day at work and got to spend time with my boyfriend and his girls and one of my oldest girlfriends tonight. It was a good day. Still need to get my eating back under control, but I'm getting there.

Make tomorrow great!!

Goals for tomorrow:
64+ oz water
AM workout: 30 day shred L1
Midday workout: TBD
PM workout: TBD
Track my food and make good choices
In bed by 10 pm
