I think planning my meals out a day ahead is going to be a huge help. I've noticed I'm less likely to snack if I have everything planned out and I know what I'm going to eat and when I'm going to eat it. I've got tomorrow mostly planned out, so I'll see how it goes!

    Planning helps me spend less at teh grocery store and not binge as much...
