So, per suggestion from SENIMMO, I checked out the sitting workout videos featuring Coach Nicole. Perfect! I got twenty minutes of weight lifting and cardio and felt almost no pain in my leg. I want to make it more than 20, but for right now this will work. After 2 years of not much exercise at all, this will definitely work!!
I have exercised since my accident, but that was pretty much all through physical therapy before I became allergic to pain medication. Loosing weight, from everything I have been told and have read, will be just as good for my leg as taking medication would. Plus, it will help with a ton of my other medical issues as well.
Here's to hoping I can keep this excitement up for a long time to come!
