Day 51...

Very short blog tonight, as I am STILL without internet and am typing with my thumbs on my phone.

Long story short... I went over my calorie limit AGAIN, but only by 150 this time. So I'm doin better. No exercise, but hoofed it all over the hospital with my daughter.

    Hopefully you will only maintain but not gain. 100 pounds in 300 days is a pretty lofty goal. To do it, you'd have to lose a pound every 3 days. Think of the calorie deficit you have to build up. It will be frustrating when that doesn't happen and may drive you to go off course. I hoped to lose 2 pounds a week when I first started. Now I would be thrilled if I dropped one pound a week. Lately, I'm relieved when the scale doesn't report a gain! I really need to start eating more veggies and staying in my range as well as moving more. I need to embrace strength training. Why I don't? I just don't know.
