Well when you put it that way I guess I really do have time.
Over the last year I have had a crazy work schedule. I have spent a lot time in hotels away from the comfort of my home, the convenience of my own kitchen, and not in my comfy bed. I've had to work 10 to 12 hours day and I have to say that when I get back to the hotel exercise is the LAST thing on my mind. I have used this excuse way to much. Whats nice is that the rest of the year will be all local projects. Since the slow down I have already lost 5 pounds and I'm feeling better.
I went to the Band Doc and we tried to do a small fill but it looks like I am right where I need to be. I have been eating more (easy to chew foods) and little exercise so my weight has bounced up and down 5 pounds for the last year. At this point what I have been doing will help me maintain my current weight (which is GREAT) but if I want to blast thought this plateau I have to change things up.
Basically I am going to keep is simple and go back to basics and use 4% of my time to exercise.
