I saw Chris Powell on Doctor Oz and thought I would buy his book, CHOOSE TO LOSE for my kindle. Just trying to do what he said, on Dr. Oz not knowing what was in his book. I managed to lose 4.6 lbs the first week. While reading the book I again did what I learned by watching the show, and my second week I lost 5 lbs more. For a total of 9.6 lbs.
I only exercised 2 times about 15 min each time. I know I have to up that and I will.
I have now read the book and see the mistakes I have made. I am surprised I lost the first two weeks.
I have the grocery list printed, and I am going shopping tomorrow. Hoping to do the plan correctly this week.
