Once again I was enjoying the natural benefits of exercise :) I rode the runner's high until lunch- it was great! I need to remember this when I want to quit the cardio after 20 minutes.
Today the eating is on point, and I will even come in a bit under budget after dinner. That leaves me with the lovely opportunity to have a few bites of whatever I want completely guilt free. The only thing off the table is candy, because I gave that up for a challenge in one of my teams.
