Once again I was enjoying the natural benefits of exercise :) I rode the runner's high until lunch- it was great! I need to remember this when I want to quit the cardio after 20 minutes.

Today the eating is on point, and I will even come in a bit under budget after dinner. That leaves me with the lovely opportunity to have a few bites of whatever I want completely guilt free. The only thing off the table is candy, because I gave that up for a challenge in one of my teams.

    thats great that you can run and enjoy it. I tried this during summer it was a bit hard for. me. my shins hurted bad. I asked my dr. she said I need more arch support. I'm going to start training again for jogging but next summer I cant take old man winter.its soo cold out.what I do every now and then for excercise is video workouts. . I too am avoiding candy but at night. I have a late night sweet tooth.you really inspire me to workout. thank u for that! good luck on your challenge.!and congrats on staying on track.
