The biggest change in my life (besides weight loss and increased fitness) is that now I have hope. Not here today, gone tomorrow hope, but a much more resilient and hardy kind of hope. The kind of hope that maybe if I can meet little goals in this area of my life that I can make progress in other areas of my life as well. In pre-SP days I would have moments of hope that would quickly fade and I'd go back to the way things had always been. Every time I back-slid only entrenched the "I can't ever change" attitude. Now I know better. Thanks everyone!
